“crEATe: Eating, Design and Future Food”, The Future Laboratory, Gestalten, 2008.
“The book examines everything from the way we eat, the interiors and furniture of innovative restaurants and shops, industrial design and the packaging of food to branding and consumerism.”
This was an incredibly interesting (mostly photo) book I looked through, it showed a variety of designers' solutions to certain issues related to food, food production, packaging, etc..
It also raises the challenge to other designers to think ethically about products and environments and the power design has to transform how we experience life and how we interact with our environment from day to day.
