After I had plated my breakfast and placed it on the table (on top of my blue craft mat) I was reminded of the film stills I had captured as the layout looked incredibly appetizing and I had hardly tried to do so. I used one of our extra slo plates and a small stoneware dish I found at Value Village for a dollar.
What you see here is an omelet made with 1 fried egg, 1 small layer of a red oignon, 1 layer of leek and 2 pieces of mozarella cheese onto which I placed 3 halves of small panini bread and 1/4th of a long cucumber on the side
Next time I think I will take a photograph of the ingredients as well!
